Section (B) of this rule states that visitation shall be as set forth in the Indiana Supreme Court Parenting Time Guidelines as Adopted by Elkhart County. Section (E) of those guidelines states that when a disagreement occurs regarding parenting time, both parents shall make every effort to discuss options, including mediation, to resolve the dispute before going to court. If court action is initiated, the parents shall enter into mediation unless otherwise ordered by the court.
